Audition F.A.Q.

Does my child need to have a music background?

No. We are looking for children who have a clear and pleasant singing voice, love to sing and can match pitch. We are a choral music education organization specializing in vocal technique for young voices.

May I go into the audition room with my child?

We prefer to hear the child alone. The Music Directors specialize in working with children and will put the child at ease, so that the child can do his/her best and have a fun experience.

How long will the audition last?

The audition is approximately 10 minutes long for each child. It includes a short conversation with the conductor and the exercises described above. Please be on time so that we can keep to the schedule and avoid delays for other singers.

How will I be notified of the audition result?

Parents will receive an email or phone call regarding their child’s results.
